增瘦剂对长×巴猪(F_1)染色体诱变的研究

摘要 本文采用外局血淋巴细胞培养及姊妹染色体分染技术,对埋植增瘦剂的长×巴猪(F_1)染色体进行了研究,结果表明,在所统计的细胞中,试验组正常二倍体细胞(2n=3.8)的百分率为71.43%,对照组为80.36%,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验组多倍体细胞数(8.33%)极显著地高于对照组(2.23%,P<0.01);试验组染色体断裂细胞百分率(10.67%)与对照组(8.00%)之间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组姊妹染色体交换频率(1.88)极显著地高于对照组(0.76,P<0.01)。 Using peripheral blood lymphocytes cultring and sister-chromatid disdyeing techniques,the chromosome of Landrance x Berkshire ( F1) Planting PGH were studied. The results showed that the percentage of disploid cells had very significant different be tween test ( 71. 43% ) and con tras t (80.36%,P<0. 01 ) . The percentage of polyploid cells had very significant different between test (8. 33%) and con tras t ( 2. 23%,P<0.0l). The percentage of chromosome breakage cells had no different between test(l0.67%) and contrast ( 8. 00%,P>0. 05 ) . The frequently of sis ter-chromatid exchange had very significant different between test (1.88) and contrast ( 0.76,P<0. 0l).
