构建高职会计专业学生职业能力的培养模式

Constructing the Training Mode of Students' Professional Ability in Higher Vocational Accounting Major

高职会计专业学生职业能力的培养模式的构建与优化,是解决会计毕业生就业的重要措施。建立会计职业能力的培养模式要以就业为中心,以有利于学生未来职业发展为出发点。一方面着力构建"会计岗位课程化"的教学体系,另一方面要不断完善就业服务体系,拓宽就业渠道,努力提高教学质量,增强学生就业能力。

It is the important measure to solve the employment of accounting graduates by constructing and optimizing the training mode of students＇ professional ability in the major of higher vocational accounting.Establishing the training mode of accounting professional ability should be centered with employment for students＇ future profession development.On the one hand,it should construct teaching system of accounting post curriculum.On the other hand,it needs to perfect employment service system,widen employment channel,improve teaching quality,and strengthen students＇ employment ability.
