摘要
高职数控技术专业现有的人才培养模式理论与实践脱节,无法适应企业"零距离"上岗的需要,因此渤海船舶职业学院创建了"引产入教、三层次、四学段"工学结合人才培养模式,加强课程体系和校内外实习实训基地建设,取得了较好的效果。
The present teaching mode theory is out of line with practice for higher vocational NC technology major,which cannot adapt to the requirement of enterprise＇ ＂zero distance＂ post.Therefore,Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College establishes talents＇ cultivating mode with the combination of work and study,which is guiding production into teaching,three levels and four stages,in order to strengthen the construction of curriculum system and training base outside colleges,and it achieves better results.
