绞股蓝及其复方对家蝇的延寿抗衰作用研究

The Antiageing Effects Of Gynostemma, Pentaphyllum M. And Its Complex Preparation on Housefly

绞股蓝及其与黄精、首乌等组成的复方,分别在0.5％和1％的浓度对雌雄家蝇的半数存活时间(L_(50))、平均寿命和最高寿命均有延长作用。1％绞股蓝及其复方能使家蝇脑内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低。寿命指标和生化指征均显示复方组更优于单方组。

Gynostemma pentaphyllum M. and its complex preparation, consisting of Gynoste-mma pentaphyllum M, Polygonatum sibiricum Redoute and Polygonum multiflorum Th-unb etc, prolonged half survival time (L50) , mean life span and maximun life span of both female and male houseflies at 0.5% and 1 % concentration, significantly increased the activity of SOD and lowered the content of MDA in houseflies' brain at 1 %concen-tration. These antiageing effects of the complex preparation are more potent than those of Gynostemma pentaphyllum M. alone.
