摘要 从昆虫类中药提得的复合核苷(心脉龙)500μg/kg/min iv,使麻醉犬心肌收缩性能(LV dp/dt max)增强,动脉血压轻度持久升高,对心率和外周阻力影响不明显。其强心作用可被心得安大部分拮抗,但升压作用基本保留,相比之下,毒毛旋花子甙50μg/kg/min iv,产生强心作用的同时,升高血压和外周阻力显著,并易致心律紊乱;氨吡酮200μg/kg/min iv,加强心肌收缩力的同时有降压趋势,但不引起心律紊乱。 Complex nucleosides were isolated from Chinese Medicine insect, and the hemodynamics were studied in anesthetized dogs. The complex nucleosides 5000 ug/kg/min iv wereshown to increase left ventricular maximum dp/dt markedly and mean arterial pressuse (mAP) mildly. The changes in heart rate and total peripheral resistance (TPR) were not significant.Following strophanthin K 50 ug/kg/min iv, in addition to positive inotropic effect, mAP and TPR were increased and arrhythmia was observed; following amrinone 200 ug/kg/min iv hypotensive trend wae obsevred.These results suggest that the inotropic effect of Chinese Medicine insect's nucleos-ies is different from cardiac glycosides and amrinone.
