一些滋阴和助阳药对氢考模型βAR-cAMP系统的影响 被引量:12

摘要 本文用放射免疫分析法和放射配体结合分析法,观察滋阴药生地龟板合剂和知母及助阳药附子肉桂合剂对氢考模型βAR-cAMP系统的影响。发现氢考模型肾、脑β受体最大结合容量均明显高于正常;cAMP系统对β激动剂异丙肾上腺素的反应性也显著增强;上述滋阴药均能使它们降低趋向正常水平;助阳药则相反可使之恶化。这些结果与以往我室用甲高模型观察到的结果类似。强烈提示βAR-cAMP系统的异常变化,很可能是某些疾病伴有阴虚证者机体的一种共同病理生理变化,某些滋阴中药能够调节这一系统的异常,从而起到治疗效果。助阳药作用适相反。 Mouse and rat pathological models were produced by injection of hydrocortisone, The peak value of plasma cAMP contents after a single subcuteneous dose of isoproterenol was measured with RIA as an index of the response of βAR-cAMP system the Bmax and affinity of brain or kidney βAR, were estimated by 3H-DHA binding assay, It was found that both the elevated responsiveness of βAR-cAMP system and the jncreased βmax of βAR induced by hydrocortisone was reduced by either of tbe two yin tonic decoctions……Radix Rehmanniae and Plastrum Testudinis or Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge, The results, together with the similar resultts obtained jn hyperihyroid models as reported primarily, strongly suggest that hyperactivity of βAR-cAMP system is very probably involved in certain diseases associated with 'Yin difficiency' , While one of the mechanisms of the theropeutic effects of some yin tonics is closely related to their regulatory action on βAR-cAMP system.
