摘要
小鼠口服生脉散后,心肌对^(86)Rb摄取显著增加,根据生脉散对^(86)Rb摄入的时效关系和量效关系,求得了药动学参数。消除速率常数K=0.018分^(-1),体内半衰期t_(1/2)=38分,吸收峰时间约在50～60分钟。
Sheng Mai San(SMS) is a Chinese traditional drug composed of Panax ginseng, Ophiopogen japonica and Schizandra chinesis, the liquid of its crude extraction (l:l) was used in the study. The pharmacokinetic parameters of SMS were determined by means of pharmacologic method. The uptaking of 86Rb in the heart of the mouse was significantly increased by oral administration of SMS. According to the time course and the dose-response curve of SMS on 86Rb uptaking, the pharmacokinetic parameters of SMS were acquired:rate constant for elimination K=0.018 min.1, half life ti/2 = 38min. and the peak of absorption was at 50-60 min.
