知母皂甙元对“甲高”小鼠脑βAR的下调作用

The Down Regulation Action of SARSASAPOGENIN on Brain Beta-adrenergic Receptors of "Hyperthyoid" Mice

知母对某些“阴虚”模型细胞水平βAR及MchoR有双向调节作用,本文从知母中提取得到知母皂甙元(拨契皂甙元),实验表明它与知母水煎剂相似,能明显降低“甲高”小鼠脑β受体R_T值,但对亲和力(K_D)无影响,还能显著地改善“甲高”小鼠引起的体重下降。

It has been reported that Chinese herb Rhimoze( Ane-marrhena asphode loides Bunge) , administered in vivo, was able to adjust (normalize) the number of AR and MchoR. In this work, the sapogenin of Rhimozes was extracted and its pharmacologic action was studied. The sapogenin was identified as SARSASAPOGENIN by its melting point, infra red spectrum, mass spectrum and TLC, When administered orally, it significantly reduced the RT value of brain beta receptors of'hyperthyroid'mice, but had effect on the affinity (KD) . It also efficiently modified the decrease of body weight in 'hyper-thyroid' mice.Thus, in these aspects, SARSASAPOGENIN reproduced the effects of crude Rhimoze aqua.
