摘要
大果木姜子油能对抗高K^+及NE所致的家兔离体主动脉条收缩,使量—效曲线非平行右移,最大反应降低,呈非竞争拮抗作用;能松弛豚鼠离体正常气管平滑肌及组胺、Ach致痉的气管平滑肌;对离体肠平滑肌有较明显的松弛作用,并能对抗Ach、组胺及Bacl_2对肠肌的收缩作用。提示大果木姜子油是一内脏平滑肌松弛药。急性及长期毒性试验表明本品毒性低。
CV-3 (9Xl0g/L) had a relaxation effect on vascular strips, being antagonistic to
ddrta strip contraction due to high K+(40mM/L)and NE (0.6mM/L) in rabbits, which
reduced the amplitudes of coatraction by 45.8?.5% and 48.2+5.4% (n=8 p<0.01)
respectively. The dose-response curves of the two tests mentioned above were seen to
shift right non-parallely and the maximal responses were lowered, CV-3 could relax
normal isolated trach smooth muscles of guinea pig, as well as spasmodic tfach smooth
muscles of the animals induced by His (luM/L) and by Ach (1uM/L), the depression
rates were 113?0%, 90.2+12.6% and 75.4?0% (n=10, p<0.01) respectively. For
contraction of isolated intestinal smooth muscles induced by Ach (1uM/L) in rabbits,
His (1uM/L) in guinea pig and Bacl2 (10mM/L) in rabbits. CV-3 was able to depress
the contraction and decrease the amplitudes of contraction by 78.1+4.1% (n=10),100 +
1.5% (n=6) and 97.8+3.4% (n=100)respectively.
