摘要
We applied a very simple method,TCA-al-cobol method,to purify human serum albumin.The product is pure albumin by SDS-PAGE.Emulsified with Freund’s complete adjuvant(FCA),it was used to immunize rabbits by a pro-cedure which lasts only five weeks.Specific anti-serum with high titration(1:128)was obtained.
