摘要
本文采用^(133)Xe吸入法对CT证实单侧颈内动脉系统脑深部梗塞的40例患者进行了rCBF测定,不仅发现病灶半球与非病灶半球血流量存在着不对称,而且有着相应的皮层局限性rCBF障碍区,同时发现部分病例在rCBF降低区的周围有高灌流区。
