床边CAVH-CAVHD-CAVHP序贯血液净化辅助治疗感染性MSOF

Bedside CAVH-CAVHD-CAVHP sequential blood purification:An accessory treatment for septic MSOF

本文报告了自1988年1月至1989年10月天津市急救医学研究所应用 CAVH-CAVHD-CAVHP 床边序贯血液净化治疗感染性多系统脏器功能衰竭的经验。全组患者共12名,受累器官均≥4个,平均5.8个。疾病严重程度平均为16.4。治疗结果表明该法可有效地维持血肌酐和 BUN 在可接受水平;可有效地清除细菌内毒素及有害介质。提高了严重 S-MSOF 的治愈率。本组治愈率为58.3%,明显高于文献水平。值得进一步积累经验,改进操作,推广使用。

Experience from January 1988 to October 1989 in treating 12 parients with septic MSOF by using bedside CAVH-CAVHD-CAVHP sequential blood purification in Tianjin Institute of Critical Care Medicine is reported.In all 12 petients,4 or more organs were involved,with an average of 5.8.The severity of the disease was an aver- age of 16.4.The therapeutic result demonstrated that this treatment could effectvely maintain the blood creatinine and BUN at an acceptable level,and effectively clear bac- terial endotoxins and noxious mediators;consequently it could increase the cure rate of severe septic MSOF. The cure rate of 58.3% in this group is significant- ly higher than those reported in the literature.In order to popularize the clinical use of this therapy,more experi- ence is required for improving its procedure.
