氧化铝粉尘对工人肺功能的影响

Effect of Almine on Pulmonary Function

本文对236名接触氧化铝粉尘的作业工人和123名健康对照工人进行了肺功能检查,结果表明:氧化铝粉尘对工人的肺功能有一定损害,并随着接尘工龄的增加其危害也加重。特点是发病工龄较长、进展较慢、病程较缓和;首先危害小气道,最后累及大气道。其肺功能降低的程度与肺间质性改变是一致的。

The effect of almine on pulmonary func-tion were examined both in 236 workers expo-sed to almine and in 123 control workers whowere not exposed to almine. The result sho-wed that the almine dust have certainharm-ful effects to the pulmonary function of wor-kers exposed to almine, and the degree of se-vereness depend on the exposure time. Thecharacteristics are longer incubation period,slower and milder in progress, small airwaydamage primarily, large airway damage in la-ter period. The decreased degrees of pulmo-nary function was associated with the changeof lung interval.
