摘要
报导了K_2S_2O_8作引发剂,引发木薯淀粉与丙烯腈的接枝共聚反应。用正交试验方法找出了在试验条件下的最佳反应条件及影响接枝共聚反应的主要因素。用红外光谱、打描电镜、元素分析等方法对接枝共聚进行了研究。结果表明,K_2S_2O_8作为引发剂具有廉价、接枝率较高,均聚物极低等特点。
The graft copolymer of acrylonitrile onto cassava starch was prepared by using K2S2O8as initiator. The optimum experimental condition and the main influence factors of graft copolymerization were obtained by using orthogonal experimental design. The graft copolymerization was investigated by using Infra-red Spectrometry, Scanning Electron Microscopy and Elementary Analysis. The results showed that potassium persulfate as initiator had the following character: low cost, high grafting ratio and very low conversion of monomer to homopolymer.
