This paper deals with the conditions of some conclusions about electromagnetic medium. Particular attention is paid to the equivalence and relaxed conditions of conclusions about well-distributed and permeating medium. The results provide the basis for using the formulas of electromegnetic field properly to solve problems with electromegnetic field.
