桂林棘胸蛙染色体的组型

AN ANALYSIS OF THE KARYOTYPE OF RANA SPINOSA FROM GUILIN

研究桂林产的棘胸蛙的染色体组型。观察到骨髓细胞的染色体数2n=26,第1～5对为大型染色体,第6～13对为小型染色体,具中部着丝点和亚中部着丝点两种类型。在第6对染色体的短臂上有次缢痕和随体。与其他学者所报道的不同地理居群棘胸蛙染色体组型进行比较,探讨不同居群染色体的差异和多态现象,有助于阐明分类单元间的亲缘关系,有助于对生物进化机制的了解。

This paper report the Karyotype of the myelocyte of Rana spinosa. The diploid number . 2n= 26. There are one large, four medium,and eight small pairs of chromosomes. A secondary contriction and a satellite are observed on the short arm of sixth chromosome. All chromosomes are metocertric, except that the second and third and ninth are submetacentric. It shows a distinct difference from the results reported by other expert. The polymorphism of chromosomes based on comparison of their karyotypes.
