摘要
非晶硅太阳电池是目前理想的廉价新型太阳电池之一。本文论述了非晶硅太阳电池的结构,特性和国内外研究发展现状,介绍了我们在云南邱北县舍得新能源示范点推广应用a—S_i太阳电池电源的设计方法和试验结果。
The a-s_1solar Cells is the on of the low cost new type solar cells, this paper presents the structure, Characters of the a-s_1solar cell and the current status of the research and the development and its application. Finally we report the design of electric power system and its tested results from the new Energy Sourse field sites, which we have established on Yunnaa Province QiuBei Shede.
