摘要
本文介绍了以燃油喷射过程模拟计算为基础、对等压出油阀主要参数进行优化选择的方法.讨论了目标函数和约束条件的确定、优化方法的选择及提高模拟精度的措施.通过大量实验和试算,验证了模拟计算程序的可靠性和优化结果的可信性,从而为燃油系统的研制提供了一条节约试验费用、缩短研制周期的有效途径.
In this paper,optimization method for the main parameters of constant pressure fuel valve has been proposed,based on the computer simulation of fuel injection processes.The determination of goal function,and boundary condition,optimization method and simulation accuracy are also discuased. Through experiment and calculation,the simulation program has been validated.The work shows a good way to develop fuel supply system effectively.
