摘要
振动是缸套穴蚀的主要因素,本文用有限元法对活塞撞击缸套引起的缸套振进行了模拟计算,并论述了对缸套穴蚀的影响,以此得出结论,12V180ZL 型柴油机缸套的穴蚀破坏程度主要决定于缸套振动强度.
Vibration is the main cause of cylinder cavitation.The cylinder vibration caused by piston impact is calculated with finite element method,and its effects on cylinder cavitation is analyzed in this paper.It comes to the conclusion that the degree of cavitation damage to cylinder in 12V180ZL diesel mainly depends on the strength of cylimder vibration.
