滑差离合器摩擦片间油膜厚度的稳定性研究

STUDY ON STABIUTY OF OIL FILM THICKNESS BETWEEN TWO SETS OF DISCE OF THE SLIPPING CLUTCH

滑差离合器是通过油膜剪切来传递动力的一种新型无级调速装置.本文根据流体动力学理论和非线性系统的相平面分析方法,分析和研究了两对摩擦偶合面间的油膜厚度的稳定性和差值范围,以及油膜厚度最终趋于相等的条件.研究结果对于分析和研究滑差离合器的传递扭矩偏差(不重复性)具有重要意义.

Based on the theories of fluid dynamics and nonlinear system,the stability and deviation of the oil film thickness between two sets of discs are analyzed in this paper.The condition under which oil film thickness tends to be equal in also studies.The conclusion obtained is important for studying the trans mitting torque deviation of the slipping clutch.
