215例肺鳞癌单纯放射治疗分析

RADIOTHERAPY OF SQUAMOUS CELL BRONCHOGENIC CARCINOMA - Analysis of 215 cases

我院自1977年7月至1986年12月共收治原发性支气管肺鳞癌215例,采取外照射放射治疗,现就其疗效作一初步分析。 材料与方法 215例中男性206例,女性9例,男女之比为22.8:1。年龄28～78岁。治疗前病人常规照胸部正侧位片及肺门或病灶斜位断层片,部分行肺纵隔CT照片及其它血生化检查。

Analysis of 215 patients suffering from squamous cell lung cancer treated by telecobalt from 1977 through 1986 in our hospital is presented.The median survival was 13 months. The over-all 1, 3 and 5 year survival rates were 52%, 8% and 1%, respectively.The prognosis was related to pathological type and clinical stage, but local control rate was related to tumor dose. To reduce the local recurrence, optimum dose of 60 Gy/30 sessions/6 wk is advised. The causes of death after radiotherapy were local recurrence, distant metastasis and massive hemoptysis, etc. The role of radiotherapy for this cancer, time, dose and prospects of treatment are discussed.
