摘要
头颈部是非何杰金淋巴瘤结外受累最常见部位之一。自1982年1月至1986年12,在我科门诊治疗的非何杰金淋巴瘤279例中,头颈部结外病变的患者53例其中原发36例。随访至1989年6月,随访率98.1％(52/53)。现将有关资料报告如下:
From 1982 to 1986, 53 patients with extra-nodal non Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) of the head and neck were seen, with an incidence of 19%(53/279). The common sites were tonsils (32%), nasopharynx (21%) and paranasal sinuses (21%) .Sixteen patients (30%) were found to have Stage Ⅰ, 26 patients (49%) Stage Ⅱ and 11 patients (21%) Stages Ⅲ-Ⅳ lesions. These patients were treated by radiation therapy, chemotherapy, surgery and combined methods. The 3 and 5 year survival rates of 43 cases were 54% and 37%, respectively. In this series, 26 cases diagnosed as primary extra-nodal NHL of the head and neck gave 3 and 5 year survival rates of 75% and 62%, respectively. The treatment of such tumors are discussed
