笔者通过二年的试验研究,在李胚乳愈伤组织的诱导方面对培养基筛选、带胚接种与否以及取样时间等问题进行了探索并得出了初步结论。

During two year's experiments and study, the authors have made research on inducement of plum's endosperm, how to sieve medium, whether inoculate will embryo or not and the proper time of taking a sample, and have drawn preliminary conclutions.
