非小细胞肺癌术后放疗的价值——附268例报告

POSTOPERATIVE RADIOTHERAPY OF RESIDUAL NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

由于肺癌易发生局部扩散及区域淋巴结转移,近几十年来较常采用保守肺切除手术,术后配合放射治疗以提高疗效。我院自1978年10月至1987年12月间对268例非小细胞肺癌手术切除后有残存癌者中152例进行了术后放疗,现就其疗效比较如下。

A retrospective analysis of 268 patients with residual non-small cell lung cancer after surgery treated from 1978 to 1987 is reported. 152 patients received postoperative radiotherapy but 116 did not. The 1, 3 and 5 year survival rates were 77%, 42%and 25% in the postoperative radiotherapy group whereas they were 60%, 20% and 4% in the surgery alone group (p<0.05). Local resurrence rates of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 5% and 2% in the postoperative radiotherapy group and 50% and 42% in the surgery alone group (p<0.01).
