摘要
70年代末,苏联等国提出在放射治疗中采用吸低氧的方法,利用正常组织和肿瘤组织间氧分压变化的差别,达到保护正常组织,有效地杀灭肿瘤的目的。本文采用小鼠骨髓细胞脾结节测定技术,探讨低氧放疗对骨髓的保护作用。
Protection of bone marrow cells was observed when DBA/2 mice were irradiated in an atmosphere of 89.5% N2 and 10.5% O2. The dose modifying factor (DMF) of radiation effect as calculated by spleen clone yield was 1.35. This shows that hypoxy radiotherapy may give protection to bone marrow cells.
