摘要
血卟啉衍生物(HPD)作为光敏剂,在诊治恶性肿瘤的化学、药理基础及临床研究方面进行了广泛的研究,并在浅表肿瘤的光敏治疗上取得了可喜疗效。但光敏治疗除皮肤外,对其它组织的光射深度及其剂量分布的测定尚缺少可靠数据,激光的弱穿透性限制了光敏治疗的适应证范围。
A transplantable spontaneous mammary carcinoma MA 737 of the highly carcinogenic species JB-Ⅱ male mice was used for the experiment. The mice were injected with HPD i. p. (10 mg/kg) 24 hours'before the first irradiation and injected again 24 hours before the third irradiation. Fractionation radiaton was delivered by 250 KV X ray machine. The irradiation doses were p.2 Gy × 5, 3.5 Gy × 5 and 5 Gy × 5 . The tumor was measured by tumor regrowth delay assay, and the data were treated by a special computer program. The results of this experiment showed that HPD gave no radiosensilization in fra-ctionatiou radiotherapy.
