将微分方程两端用已知c-t数据对t进行数值积分,则可得线性参数的线性方程组.用若干不同时间段上的c-t数据或若干不同初浓度的c-t数据,得到的线性方程个数可多用于待估参数,然后用加权或不加权最小二乘法即可解出待估参数.某些非线性参数也可化为线性形式加以解决、并以例说明.
