摘要
用密闭爆发器确定装药批号初速偏差量Δv_(oy)的原理是利用予测发射药和同种成份的标准发射药在密闭爆发器中燃烧,测得其陡度Q、最大压力P_m、活性A,或其相对值RQ、RF、RA,用方差分析方法确定予测发射药与标准发射药间的初速偏差量,然后由射表初速确定予测发射药的装药批号初速偏差量Δv_(oy)。这种方法的优点是确定装药批号初速偏差量的火炮射击被实验室的密闭爆发器所代替。同时实验室控制的精度要比实弹射击中发与发间的散布的精度高得多。
The deviation between the test charge muzzle velocity and the standard one is determinned by using of difference of Q、P_m、A or relative values of RQ、RF、RA when the test is porformed in closed bomb. The deviation of muzzle velocity is determinned by the method of square difference analysis, and then the prediction of muzzle velocity deviation by the firing Table. Advantage of this method is that deviation of muzzle velocity for charge batch number by the aid of closed bomb can be instead of real firing gun test so that accuracy controlled by laboratory is more higher than that by real firing gun test.
