摘要
1.引言日本在五、六十年代经历了严重的大气污染的困扰,由于采取了全国性的全面治理措施,从而大气污染状况得到了全面改善。在那期间,在加强对工厂及汽车排放废气控制的同时,各企业对防治公害的投资大幅度增加。以排烟脱氮装置为例,其处理能力在1975～1986年间增加了28倍。另外,由于经历了两次石油危机。
This paper introduces briefly new environmental problems that have appeared with the development of sophisticated technology of electronics, bio—engineering, new materials, ect. It also discusses the hazardous effect caused by asbestos and freon on the environment and control methods.
