1.特定氟氯烃的使用状况在日本,特定的氟氯烃(CFC—11CFC—12、CFC—113、CFC—114,CFC—115)实际消费量,以蒙特利尔议定书规定1986年为基准年时是13.3万吨,1988年为16.4万吨,两年间增加了26%。为此,从1989年7月起,作为第一个氟氯烃控制年(1989年7月~1990年6月),全日本将削减26%。图1示出了1986、1988年的实际数据。
Chlorofluorocarbon substitutes, in addition to their usefulness, should have the most important property of small ozone destruction potential and global green house potential. Therefore, materials which stay short in the troposphere should be selected. Up till now, feasibility studies have been conducted on the most effective alternative chemical compounds such as HCFC-123 and HCFC-141b that will replace CFC-11 and HFC—134a that will replace CFC. Proposals have also been made to replace CFC—113, CFC—114 and CFC—115 by HCFC-225 ca, HCFC-225cb, HCFC-124 and HCFC-125.
