摘要 1.前言在新的环境标准中,直接与人的消费有关的饮用水中硝酸盐的最高允许浓度已由 NO<sub>3<sup>-</sup></sub>-N22.6毫克/升减为 NO<sub>3-</sub>-N11.3毫克/升。在这段时间里,观察到许多欧洲国家地下水的硝酸盐浓度都在增加。这是农业施肥活动的结果,合成肥料和动物粪肥都能引起硝酸盐问题。 The increasing nitrate concentration in ground water,due to the intensive use of fertilizer in the past several decades,has affected the drinking water quality in resource areas in many European countries.The paper introduces the Dutch experience in solving this problem.In the Netherlands the use of manure is under control and surplus nitrate in ground water is removed to ensure the acceptable level of nitrate in drinking water.The nitrate removal processes include ion exchange,biological denitrification,chemical reduction,reverse osmosis and electrodialysis.This article has compared the water treatment quality and economic efficiency of these processes.
