摘要
本文利用新型显色剂邻氯苯基萤光酮和阳离子表面活性剂来测定微量铜,该法是目前测铜灵敏度最高的方法之一,其选择性也较好,表观摩尔吸光系数可达1.43×10~5,且方法简便,分析速度快,颜色稳定。
A spectrophotometric determination of trace copper by 2,3,7—thihydroxy—9—0— chlorophenyl fluorone(Ⅰ) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(Ⅱ) has been developed. This is one of the highest sensitivity methods determining copper at present, and the selectivity is good. The value of molar absorption coefficient is found to 1.43×10~5. The method is handy, rapid and stable in colour.
