摘要
紫外光对蛋白酶米曲霉T_(213)菌株经5次照射,获得米曲霉T_(213)菌株,其麸曲蛋白酶活力较出发菌株增加近1倍,达6840U/g。再用25mwHe—Ne激光对T_(213)菌株进行诱变处理4次,筛选出T_(222)变异株,其麸曲蛋白酶活力较T_(213)菌株增加31%。达8960U/g。
It is found that Aspergillus oryzae T_(213) producing protease after five
times of irradiation with ultra violet turns into A. oryzae T_(218) variation strain. When it is used for making koji, its protease vitality is almost 100% higher than that of A. oryza.e T_(215) and reaches 6840U/g.A. oryzae T_(213) after four times of irradiation changes into.A. oryzae T_(222), variation strain, the protease vitality of its koji increases by 31%over that of A. oryzae T_(218) and reaches 8960U/g.
