本文分析了螺旋输送机每转内输送量的波动对计量精度的影响,介绍了等径变距螺旋和变径等距螺旋的变化规律,及设计计算方法,推荐采用等径变距螺旋作为计量螺旋或给料螺旋。介绍了螺旋叶片的经验展开方法。对充满系数、功率计算的常用数值和公式的不足之处作了分析。

The paper analyzes the changes of transporting capacity of conveying worms affecting on the accuracy of measurement, describes the pattern of changes of coveying worms with equal diameters and varying distances, and varying diameters and equal distances, and the calculation method of design.The author makes a recomendation of applying screws with equal diameters and varying distances as measurement screws and feed screws. The practical method of unfolding the vane, the full coeffcient and the disavantages of values and formula commonly used for power calculation are also studied in the paper.
