稻谷自然低温辅助通风保鲜技术的研究之一 通风降温系统的研究

Study on Techniques of Keeping Freshness of Rice at Normal Cold Temperature with the Aids of Ventilation Ⅰ .Study on ventilation System for Reduction of Temperature

通过电摸拟试验和实仓测试,获得了机械通风压力分布图和气流分布图。对11种风道进行选优,筛选出地上垄三种、地下槽二种风道型式。计算和选择出粮层阻力、途径比、管道表观风速与开孔率、单位风量与粮面表观风速等重要公式和参数。

Pressure and air flow pattens of echanical draft are abtained by edectric-simulation experiment and test on grain bins.Three on-floor air ducts and two underground air channels are selected from eleven air Cpaths.Some important formulas and parameters of resistance of grain to airflow, path ratio, velocity of air leaving ducts and opening in area, air volume per unit and velocity of air leaving grain mass are worked out or selected.
