腹腔镜胆囊切除术515例临床体会

The experience of 515 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)治疗胆囊疾病的手术技巧及经验。方法:回顾分析2005年6月至2011年5月为515例患者施行LC的临床资料。结果:512例完成手术,2例因严重粘连主动中转开腹1,例因术中胆管横断伤被动中转开腹,全组均无手术死亡病例。结论:掌握手术指征,应用恰当的手术技巧,LC治疗胆囊良性疾患安全可靠。

Objective：To summarize the experience and technique of 515 cases of [aparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholecystic diseases. Methods：The clinical data of 515 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Jun. 2005 to May 2011 were retro- spectively analyzed. Results：The 512 cases were performed successfully. 2 cases were initiatively converted to laparotomy for severe ad- hesion. 1 case was passively converted to laparotomy for transaction of bile duct. No one died. Conclusions：LC is a safe and reliable method for cholecyst diseases with suitable operative indication and technique.
