雁北地区盐碱地的综合治理

INTEGRATED CONTROL OF THE SALINE-ALKALI SOIL IN YANBEI PREFECTURE

雁北地区盐碱地治理改良经历了以挖明沟为主的改良阶段,采取各种措施大规模开发治理阶段,工程以打井防渗、井灌并排为主的综合治理阶段等三个阶段,做到了工程措施与生物措施相结合的综合治理,有效地控制和改良了盐碱,加快了粮食生产的发展,调整了种植业结构,促进了各业的繁荣,把巨大的生产资源转化为经济优势,今后还需进一步加强领导,搞好规划、努力筹措资金,采取多种形式开发治理、实行承包经营,把开发治理盐碱地当作农业登上新台阶的一项战略措施。

Controlling and improving saline-alkali soils in Yanbei prefecture were conducted in three steps: (1) predominantly constructing ground drainage ditches; (2) exploring and controlling the soil with all kind of large -scale measures and (3) putting integrated control over the soil pre- dominantly by drilling wells and building up well drainage and irrigation systems. Engineering construction and biological measures were comprehensively combined in the overall process. The practice resulted in effective control and improvement over saline-alkali soils in Yanbei prefec- ture, leading to a fast promotion of the prosperity of other related fields. Production resources have turned into economic advantages. To move a new step in agricultural production and better the control plan, the overall administrative management should be further enhanced. Efforts should be made in collecting funds, taking multi—controlling measures Strategies, including the contracted management, should be developed for the controlling practice.
