摘要
本文较详细地研究了在吐温-20存在下,磷钒钼蓝一罗丹明6G离子缔合物水相光度法测定痕量磷的新方法。缔合物的最大吸收峰在560nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.75×10~5L。m01^(-1),cm^(-1),Sandell灵敏度为8.26×10^(-5)μgP/cm^2。磷含量在0-1.4μg/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律。方法用于粮食、蔬菜、土壤等农业样品中痕量磷的测定,结果令人满意。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for determination of trace phosphorus was de- veloped. In the presence of Tween-20 the optical condition for quantitative formation of tetra- component complex of phosphrus-vanado-molybdate blue -Rhodamine-60 in aqueous phase was investigated. The maxinum absorption wave length of the complex was at 560nm. The appar- ent molar absorptivity was 3. 75×10~5 1 mol^(-1) cm^(-1) at 560nm and Beer's law was obeyed for phosphorus in the range of 0 to 1.4μg/25ml. This method has been applied in determining trace amount of phosphorus for agricultural samples with satisfactory results.
