摘要
本文记录本属一新种,并对榆蛎盾蚧拟定了3个地理亚种。
A new species of Lepidosaphes Shimer, Lepidosaphes Shanxiensis n sp., is described in this paper, based on the material from Hungary, China and Japan. The scale of the adult females is elongate, light brown in color, about 1.8-2.0 mm in length and 0.5-0.8 mm in width; of the males around 0.9- 1.1 mm long and 0.4-0.45 mm wide. The adult females are elongate-oval, about 0.9-1.1 mm in length and 0.4-0.5 mm in width, membranous except for pygidium, with lateral scalerotized spur. Anterior spiracles are accompanied with a group of 5-12 pores and poserior with 1-3 pores. A submarginal boss exists dorsally on the fifth and the sixth segments separately. Two median lobes are developed, each with one or two lateral notches. The secondary lobes are well developed, biloped, the inner lobule being larger than the outer one. Gland spines are arranged in pairs on pygidium. There are 6 pairs of marginal macroduet. Pervulver pores: 8-13(15-23) 10-20. The new species is similar to Lepidosaphes ulmi(L. 1758), but can be easily separated by the posterior spiracles with disco-pores.
