中医对多发性骨髓瘤的认识与治疗体会(附8例病例分析)

THE IDENTIFICATION AND TREATMENT OF MULTIPLE MYELOMA ACCORDING TO THE THEORY OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE WITH AN ANALYSIS OF EIGHT CASES

本文观察多发性骨髓瘤临床不同时期的表现,从中医辨证分为7个证型,提出中医对本病的病因、病机的认识及治疗原则,结合化疗又提出不同阶段中西医结合治疗方案;另又发现缓解病例,尚不能控制溶骨损伤,就此提出防溶骨损伤治疗设想,已在临床观察中。

Manifestations of multiple myeloma at various stages were observed and divided into seven types of symptom complex according to the theory of TCM. Along with chemotherapy, the therapeutic regimes for the seven types of symptom-complex of the diseases at various stages based on TCM in combination with western medicine have been carried out. After treatment, there were improvements of the picture of bone marrow, yet there was no improvement of the osteolytic changes. A therapeutic regime for the treatment of osteolytic change has been proposed and put into practice. Aetiology and pathogensis of the disease according to the theorv of TCM were discussed.
