摘要
对93例肺部疾病患者进行了188次选择性支气管动脉造影。选择性支气管动脉插管合计成功率为92.6％,其中右侧成功率和左侧成功率分别为95.2％和、87.9％。对支气管动脉插管技术、导管和影响插管成功的因素进行了探讨。本文还介绍了支气管动脉插管“弹入法”。
One hundred and eighty-eight selective bronchial arteriographys were performed on 93 patients with pulmonary diseases. The total rate of success in bronchial arterial catherization was 92. 6%,and the rates of success in the right and the left were 95. 2%and 87. 9% respectively. Some techniques in the catheterization, the shape and quality of catheters and factors affecting the catheterization were discussed. Also, the 'springing in'method during the catherization was described.
