虹膜新生血管和全视网膜光凝术

摘要 本文介绍3例虹膜新生血管形成和/或新生血管青光眼,其中2例继发于视网膜中央静脉阻塞,1例继发于增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变。治疗结果表明激光,尤其是氪红激光全视网膜光凝术对治疗虹膜新生血管和/或新生血管青光眼有效。早期激光光凝治疗和选择合适波长激光是治疗成功和减少激光并发症的关键。 This paper presented 3 cases with rubeosis iridis and neovascular glaucoma secondary to central retinal vein occlusion (2 cases) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (1 case). The good outcome indicated that laser,especially krypton red laser panretinal photocoagulation was effective for rubeosis iridis and neovascular glaucoma caused by progressive ocular ischemic syndrome. However, early laser photocoagulation therapy prior to the stage of severe vitreoretinal lesions and to select optimal laser wavelength are keys to treat successfully and to reduce laser-induced complications.
