原发性纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗(附41例分析)

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PRIMARY MEDIASTINAL TUMORS

1984年10月～1989年6月手术治疗原发性纵隔肿瘤41例,且经病理证实。手术切除率92％,完全切除率76.3％,姑息切除率24.7％,手术近期死亡率4.8％。本文讨论了本病的发病率、常见症状及各种纵隔肿瘤的诊断、治疗方法等问题。

Forty one cases of primary mediastinal tumors admitted to our hospital were treated by operation during the period from October 1984 to June 1989. All cases were confirmed by histopathology. Percentoge of patients with thymoma, neurogenic tumor, teratodermoid tumor were 63% (26/41), 12. 5% (5/41)and 12. 5%,respectively. The others were 2 cases of anterior mediastinal pericardial diverticulum, one case of cystic tumor, one case of thyroid embryoid cell tumor and one case of lymphocarcoma. The benign tumors and malignent tumors accounted for 68. 3% and 31.7% respectively. The excision rate was 92% (38/41) induding complete excision rate 76. 3% (29/38) and palliative excision rate 24. 7%(9/38). The mortality rate was 4. 8%. The incidence rate, common symptoms, diagnosis and surgery of various mediastinal tumors were discussed.
