68例窒息新生儿的临床资料分析

ANALYSIS OF THE CLINICAL DATA OF ASPHYXIA OF NEWBORN

本文回顾性分析了1985年11月～1989年3月收入我科的68例窒息新生儿的临床资料。提示约1/3的窒息儿无任何合并症,顺利出院。窒息儿的病死率为14.7％,其中以5分钟阿氏评分<6分者或低于1分钟评分者,预后最为不佳。

Sixty-eight cases of asphyxia since 1985. 11～1989. 3 in our unit were discussed. It appears that 1/3 of them were discharged without any complication and mortality was about 14. 7%. It is also suggested that the 5-minute Apgar's is an important index of likelihood of death. If 5-minute score was<6 or lower than 1-minute score, Newborns would hardly have a good prognosis.
