尿毒症性肺水肿30例临床—胸片综合分析

A COMPREHENSIVE ANAL YSIS OF CLINICAL AND CHEST ROENTGENOGRAPHIC MANIFESTATIONS IN 30 CASES OF UREMIC PULMONARY EDEMA

对30例尿毒症性肺水肿患者的临床表现及124份胸片进行综合分析,按肺水肿的发展及其程度分为三期。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胸片表现有助于较早期肺水肿的诊断,透析疗法效果显著。并探讨各期肺水肿的病理基础与临床表现的关系。

The clinical manifestations of 30cases of uremic pulmonary edema and 194 chest X-Ray films were analysed comprehensively. According to the development and the degrees of the roentgenographic findings of pulmonary edema, the uremic pulmonary edema could be divided into 3 stages. The roentgenographic findings of stage Ⅰand Ⅱare helpful for making earier diagnosis. Dialysis therapy is effective for uremic pulmopary edema. The relationship between the basic pathology and clinical manifestations of different stages of pulmonary edema was discussed.
