摘要
本文报告用糖皮质激素穴位注射加中药治疗带状疤疹34例。50岁以上患者21例,治疗后神经痛消失的平均天数为7.69天;50岁以下者13例,平均天数为4.96天,无一例发生后遗神经痛。文章还对所采用的治疗方法、作用机制进行了探讨。
This article reports 34 cases of herpes zoster treated by acupuncture point injection and herb drugs. Among them 21 were over 50 years old,and 13 were below 50 years old. The average days for disappearance of neuralgia were 7.69 days among persons over 50 years old and 4.96 days among those below 50. There was no postherpeutic neuralgia reccurence. The method and mechanism of treatment were also discussed.
