沙棘籽油对超氧化物歧化酶活性影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文观察了沙棘籽油对小鼠SOD活性的影响,结果表明:沙棘籽油对正常小鼠血红细胞的SOD活性无明显影响(P>0.05),而对CCl_4诱发肝损伤小鼠血红细胞和肝组织SOD活性与对照组比较均有明显提高作用(P>0.001)。提示沙棘籽油保护肝脏、免受CCl_4损伤的作用可能与此有关。 Sha-Ji oil is a fatty oil isolated from seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides. The effect of the oil on the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was observed in mice. The results indicate that the oil had no effect on the SOD activity of normal mice's red blood cells when it was given orally in a dose of 0. 5g/kg for 7 days. However,the oil could increase the SOD activity of red blood cells and liver tissue in mice with liver damage caused by carbon tetrachloride (CCL_4) significantly(P<0. 001). It is suggested that this is related to the hepatic protective effect of Sha-Ji oil.
