脊髓诱发电位自动监测装置及其临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 脊髓诱发电位及体感诱发电位对脊髓功能的监测已有报道,它对防止术中神经系统并发症十分有用。日本旭川医科大学自1986年用微机自动脊髓监测系统成功地监测了75例脊柱手术患者,术后无一例出现神经系统并发症。本文对该系统及其监测结果作了介绍,并对诱发电位脊髓监测的临床意义作了评价。 It has been reported that intra-operative monitoring of spinal cord integrity using spinal cord evoked potentials (SCEPs) as well as somatosensorv evoked potentials (SEPs) is useful in preventing the occurence of neurological complications during operation. Recently, microcomputer-based automatic spinal cord monitoring system has been developed by Asahikawa Medical College (Japan). Since 1986 seventy-five spinal surgeries have been carried out using this system. In all cases automated spinal cord monitoring was successfully parformed and none of the cases showed neurological complication after the surgery. In this report, the author described the system and the results in detail. The clinical application of spinal cord monitoring using evoked potentials was also reviewed.
