摘要
子宫内膜异位症已成为妇产科的常见病,卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(卵巢巧克力囊肿)破裂的病例屡有报道,视为妇科的新型急腹症。本文就5例病例重点讨论卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂的诊断问题。
Endometriosis has become a common disease in gynecology. Rupture of ovarian chocolate cyst turns to be a new type of emergent disease causing acute abdominal pain. In order to raise the rate of aceurate diagnosis preoperatively, the clinical characteristics and necessary examinations and differential diagnosis of this special emergent condition have been discussed in detail.
