胫骨干骺端延长术后的处理

The Management of Complieations after Tibial Metaphyseal Osteotomy and Lengthening

随着胫骨干骺端延长术的广泛开展,其并发症亦越来越多地反映出来。作者主要通过术后的康复治疗措施,减少并发症的发生。本文复习并随访1987年11月～1988年9月20例胫骨干骺端延长术患者,前期病例发生骨延迟愈合1例,一过性肢体麻木4例,马蹄足6例。膝屈曲畸形加重1例。讨论了以上4种常见并发症的发生原因和术后预防及处理方法。

Owing to the extensive use of tibial metaphyseal osteotomy and lengthening, the resulting-complications were found more and more. The authors took rehabilitation measures to prevent and reduce the complications with satisfactory results. In this paper, 20 cases who had undergone tibial metaphyseal osteotomy and lengthening from Nov. 1987 to Sept. 1988 were reviewed and followed-up. In one of these cases delayed bone healing occurred, 4 feet transient numbnass, 6 dropfeet and 1 knee flexion deformity. The causes of these complications were discussed and the corresponding measures of prevention and mangament were put forward.
